How can I upload my dental results and reports?
If you have records on your computer or smartphone, login to your Chompers account and upload the records.
My dentist does not have a way to pass on digital records.
If you have a smartphone, go ahead and take pictures of X-Rays, paper reports, charts. It is your health data, you can take picture of it all. Then from your smartphone, login to your Chompers account and upload the record.
My Dentist gave me a CD (Compact Disc) and I don't have a CD player.
We are here for you. Send your CD to Chompers and we will upload it for you to you account. Make sure to indicate your Chompers ID number on the CD or inside the envelop.

Make sure that you have granted your dentist permission, share the QR code or link and they can access X-Rays, results and more.
My dentist is talking about HIPAA.
